Scam and Waste of Money

The order was sent after 20 days. I was shocked to see such a pathetic quality of fabric. In pictures the microfiber bedsheets look good but the fabric is really really low quality.
I wanted to request a refund as mentioned on their website but the account stopped responding accross all platforms. They don't reply back, don't pick up calls, the email shows an error to be sent due to a down server and the creator/owner I believe blocked me on the platform. Comments are disabled on Insta which leads me to believe that this review will also be wiped off.
Should not happen. Damage your customer's experience and brand value.
